Wondering if there is any console type install. There is an old faq here but I gave up as I could not see what I was doing when the display scrolled off the top and the | MORE pipe did not work.

Histiry: I have some old athon dual mp mombo and a couple of 1gb flash that plug directly into the mombo's ide adapter. They boot red hat 9 and the last time they were used (5 years ago? maybe more?) boinc was not around and I was running classic seti. I booted one of them up, put in 6.4.5, attached to one project but never got anything downloaded. I had forgotten how hard it was to work in only console mode. Even the "./boinccmd --help | more" scrolls off the top as the more does not work. Before I gave up I was able to attach to a single project using my "weak account key". The directory "project" was created an a directory for aqua was in the project, but nothing happened and I lost patience.

Dont spend any time on this, I am just ranting. if you do have a script that runs 6.4.5 from scratch then I would be interested.
