I have a farm of 12 diskless clients and the needed server. Ganglia installed and was running just fine until this morning when it suddenly reported all my clients were down. The web interface is still updating, but it looks like the ganglia server stopped polling the clients. I've tried to restart ganglia-monitor and gmetad with no luck. How can I restart the ganglia server and get it to poll the clients again?

You can try to do the following procedure:
- Stop all gmond on all clients and also on the Dotsch/UX server
- Stop the gmetad on the Dotsch/UX server
- Ensure that all the gmond and gmetad has stopped
- Start the gmetad again
- Start the gmond again on all clients

If this will not work, could you please try to start the gmetad with the debug flag "gmetad -d 5", the gmetad on the Dotsch/UX server with with debug flag "-d 5" and also one gmond on one client with the debug flag "-d5" and post the results here.

Got that to work. Made things a whole lot easier with ClusterSSH.
